The below timeline and information is for distribution to fellow Team members, vendors, volunteers. Please ensure all participants adhere to select arrival times / instructions.
06:45: Volunteers arrive / prepare for event activities
0700: Gates open for competitors / vendors
Competitors: Please leave all weapons, kit, etc. in your vehicles
Vendors: Please set up displays
07:20: Team Leaders submit CSP Hold Harmless forms for their teams
07:30: Competition / Event Brief (All participants must be present)
0800: Competition Starts
1100: Lunch meal provided to competitors (Jason's Deli)
1700: Closing ceremonies
We look forward to a great event. This years competition is bigger, better and tougher than last years event. Team's must be prepared to shoot, move and communicate all while being accurate and fast.
TEAM INFORMATION
Scoring is based on overall course time...
+ (plus) the addition of shot and skills penalty points...
- (minus) the subtraction of bonus shot points...
Lowest overall score WINs!
The course is composed of multiple blind skills and shoot stations. Instructions for each task will be posted at the staion. Failure to complete and task will result in Disqualification (DQ)
Each Team will have a Observer Controller (OC) with them throughout the course. The OC job includes:
* Safety
* Scoring of the Team
* May provide station instructions
Note: Safety violations, competition scoring and penalty / bonus systesm will be briefed prior to competition start.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:
* CSP Hold Hamrless Form (1 per shooter / signed. We will not be making copies the day of competition, NO HAVE, NO SHOOT!)
* Rifle w/ sling & NLT 4 magazines
* Rifle Ammunition (50 rds) NON-PENITRATOR
* Pistol w/holster & NLT 2 magazines
* Pistol Ammunition (50 rds)
* Hearing and Eye Protection
* Individual Kit must weigh a minumum of 25 lbs (INCLUDES H2O and ammo) yes this is a change from original instructions.
* Appropriate attire (no shorts) This is a tactical event
* 25' rope or parachute cord (non-specific diameter)
NICE TO HAVE ITEMS:
* Gloves
* Knee and elbow pads
* Sunscreen / lip balm (SPF)
* Cooler / ice chest with water / power drinks (very limited potable water at TR)
* Shade / pop-up canopy

VOLUNTEER / VENDOR DISPLAY INFORMATION
We need volunteers to arrive NLT 0645. Vendors set up must be complete prior to 07:30.
All must attend the mandator safety briefing and event Opening Ceremony
